Annandale CROP Hunger Walk

About Annandale CROP Hunger Walk

We will continue to fight against the challenges of disease, disaster, displacement and other concerns that leave people hungry. Join with us as we raise funds to help neighbors near and far get the meals they need today and sustainable food security for tomorrow.

Join us for the walk on Saturday, October 15 at Lake Accotink Park. We meet near the Marina. Registration starts at 8 a.m. and the send-off starts at 8:15 a.m. Walkers may also choose to participate on their own, with family or a small group from their faith community.

The local partner for the Annandale CROP Hunger Walk is ACCA. The Annandale Christian Community for Action is a coalition of churches that provides early childhood education, food, rental assistance, furniture and other services to needy families in the Annandale, Baileys Crossroads, and Lincolnia areas of Fairfax County.

A Team leads meeting is planned for Tuesday August 23 at 7 p.m and will be held by Zoom call.
