Ada County / Boise CROP Hunger Walk

About Ada County / Boise CROP Hunger Walk

The Ada County CROP Hunger Walk invites you to celebrate with us walking together in person, gathering as we did prior to COVID. We will gather at Julia Davis Park, Shelter # 2 (shelter by the band shell) at 2:30 pm for registration and begin the walk at 3 pm.

Walkers will enjoy the 3.4-mile loop route on the greenbelt as well as downtown Boise. We walk 3.4 miles because that is the distance many people in our world must walk to access water. A one mile route is available for folks who are unable to do the longer walk.

Our CROP Hunger Walk’s goal is to raise $30,000 to end hunger globally and locally. 25% of all funds generated from our walk will be designated to the Idaho Foodbank and remain in Idaho to end hunger here. Church World Service continues to fight against the challenges of disease, disaster, displacement and other concerns that leave people hungry.

Join with us as we raise funds to help neighbors near and far on October 16, 2022.
