Central Ohio CROP Hunger Walk

About Central Ohio CROP Hunger Walk

Join us for the 2023 Central Ohio CROP Hunger Walk and end hunger and poverty in Central Ohio and around the world!

Scioto Audubon Metro Park
Maier Place Pavilion
Registration: 1:00 p.m.
Walk: 2:00 p.m.

For the duration of registration (1pm-2pm) we will host our Impact Fair! Each local agency supported by this year's CROP Hunger Walk will have information tables (Church World Service, Mid-Ohio Food Collective, NSI Food Pantry, Westerville Area Resource Ministry, Westland Ecumenical Community Food Pantry, and Worthington Resource Pantry). We will also be joined by Hunger Network in Ohio and a local beekeeper to explain how this helps us here locally - and experiential activities for the whole family will help show how things like bees help neighbors around the world!

The Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) is a founding member of Church World Service and many area congregations have participated since our local walk’s start in 1978. Rev. Allen Harris (Regional Pastor and President) will be the guest speaker at the send-off for this year’s Walk!

Walking remotely on another day, time, or place? Send-us your photos! Email them to agifford@cwsglobal.org and use #CentralOhioCROP when posting to social media!
