2023 CROP Hunger Walk supporting CWS

Walking together on Sunday, June 4, 2023 -- or on your own schedule the week before!
The need has never been greater for helping those who face food insecurity in our community and around the world.
We are asking you to join the United Church of Chapel Hill team on June 4, 2023, as we walk once again to raise funds for Inter-Faith Council for Social Service and Church World Service hunger relief efforts. Our Walk is in-person this year, however, we are offering a "virtual" walk option, and encourage all who would feel more comfortable participating individually or as a small team, to do so during the preceding week, May 28- June 3. Or just consider making a donation.
The in-person Walk will begin at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, June 4 with registration and entertainment beginning at 1:30 p.m. Last year the Chapel Hill-Carrboro walk raised over $50,000, with $5,000 contributed through generous UCCH donations. Let's exceed that this year as we RISE, WALK & GIVE to end hunger in our local community and around the world.
Please join us -- your support is needed now more than ever!
