No one in this world should be hungry. That's why the CROP Hunger Walk is more than just a gathering of people - it's a movement.
Together, we take steps and raise funds to provide meals for neighbors in our own community and support programs that strengthen food security around the world.
Please join us on Sunday, March 22, as we walk in the fight against hunger. Every step taken and every dollar raised makes a difference in the lives of people around the block and around the world.
This year, the Cumberland County CROP Hunger Walk celebrates its 35th anniversary! We are excited to once again be co-hosted by Hay Street United Methodist Church and First Baptist Church–Anderson.
Funds raised through our Walk support local families through Fayetteville Urban Ministry and address international hunger and poverty through Church World Service.
Thanks to the generosity of local businesses and sponsoring churches, 100% of the funds raised go directly to these agencies. Sponsorship opportunities are available—please contact us to learn more.
Both Fayetteville Urban Ministry and Church World Service partner with individuals and families to meet real needs while building hope, dignity, and long-term stability.
This is a fun, family-friendly event with music and educational activities for all ages. Invite your friends, family, neighbors, and co-workers to walk with you!
