Greater Lexington (KY) CROP Hunger Walk

About Greater Lexington (KY) CROP Hunger Walk

No one in this world should be hungry. That's why the CROP Hunger Walk is more than just a gathering of people in a place. We're part of a movement, taking steps and raising funds together to provide meals for those in our own community who need them - and supporting programs that create greater food security in communities all around the world.

All Hunger Fighters are welcomed to WALK with us Sunday, Oct. 11th. Reg./Check-in begins at 3 PM.
• Bring canned chicken, salmon, tuna, veggies and fruit, boxed milk, or whole grain cereals to donate at God's Pantry Food station.
• Visit the 'make a poster to carry' station, purchase a Walk T-shirt to wear and buy a McAlister's FUNdraiser Tea Pass while meeting 'new and old' friends!
• After a brief send-off blessing, the 2.7m route via Ashland Park and Kenwick neighborhoods will begin promptly at 3:25 PM.
Bring your family and friends! and your water bottle too. :)

Please join us in the fight against hunger. The steps we take and funds we raise will make a difference in the lives of others.
