This team is formed in memory of Fran Horn, a dedicated Chicago CROP Hunger Walk Planning Committee member, a Diocese of Chicago Hunger Committee member, and team rep for St. James Episcopal Cathedral at 65 E. Huron St in Chicago for 20+ years. St. James was a host site for the Walk from 2013-2016 led by Fran and their dedicated team. Fellow both Planning Committee and Hunger Committee member Fr. Gary Cox, Episcopal priest at Santa Teresa, honors her: "Fran was truly dedicated to the CROP Walk, the Church, and a life of Christian integrity. She served on the Episcopal Hunger Committee for many years as well as the CROP Walk efforts. May Fran rest in peace, rise in glory, and continue to inspire many of us to follow her faithful example. I will add her name to the necrology at our diocesan convention."
